Jodie joined the Northern Powergrid Executive team in May 2022 as the Director of People and Change, having previously held a number of senior roles in operations, change management and human resources in the utilities and technology research sectors. In her executive role, Jodie is the driving force behind Northern Powergrid being an employer of choice across the communities served by the organisation and brings this passion to her role as Trustee as the Northern Powergrid Foundation embarks on ambitious plans of being a force for good across the North East, Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire.
