Louise joined Northern Powergrid in 2018 and was promoted to Head of Customer Services in 2021, having previously held a number of senior roles in customer services and shared services. Louise leads the way to enhance Northern Powergrid’s customer experience to improve the services offered and to provide more support to vulnerable customers and communities. Louise is the driving force in enabling change for both external and internal customers across Northern Powergrid. As part of her role as a Trustee, Louise is keen to improve the services across Northern Powergrid’s communities and enable greater energy resilience for those in hard to reach communities who require support during a power cut.
